Thoughts on the GM IPO?

I know most of the forum thinks that the sky is falling so it's probably a mistake to ask, but I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the proposed GM IPO.

I'm not talking about where you think it will be 5-10 years from now, I'm thinking 20-25 years.

They will at best be dead money as they've been for a long time now

They didn't fix the big problems holding the shares back....the union contracts and lucrative pension programs

Had they undergone the bankruptcy process cleaning up shop so to speak they'd have a brighter future

In the end gm bailout was a bailout for the union nothing more nothing less

in the current economic state of affairs i dont think you can trust any stock 25 years out.
